Day 19:
Well, it's another perfect day just beginning and what better way to start than to have our coffee on the beach, followed by a refreshing swim before we leave. We lingered as long as we could, enjoying every moment.
Getting out of the trailer in the morning!

Left by 12:30 and followed the Sunrise Trail all the way to Cape Breton, stopping for groceries along the way in Pictou. We absolutely love these secondary roads, even though they aren't always the smoothest, they always make up for it with the scenery.
As we approached Cape George, which some call Little Cape Breton, it started getting hillier, making for some beautiful land and seascapes.
At Arisaig:

Entering Cape Breton!
We made our way to the Bras d'Or Lakes Campground in Baddeck, Cape Breton by approximately 7:30 PM and quickly set up.
Then, we made our way to a Lobster Supper. Robert had been teased all day with signs for Subway lobster sandwiches, lobster lunches at Sobey's and even McLobsters!
But, he managed to wait for "Baddeck Lobster Suppers". Not a fancy restaurant, but it came highly recommended and the food was amazing. Robert chose the Lobster special dinner which included all you can eat: delicious and hardy chowder, mussels cooked in garlic and wine, salads and desserts with a 1 1/2 lb. lobster. He was pretty much in his glory! I swear he has a hollow leg. He ate 1 1/2 bowls chowder, 2 1/2 bowls of mussels, his lobster and more than half of mine, buns, coffee and dessert! It was more of a spectator sport for me as I wasn't all that hungry, but I did enjoy what I did eat!

Two and a half bowls of amazing mussels!
Amazing lobster!
Wow! Was that ever good!
